Rhinos Make Two Additions to the Front Office

Rhinos announce Blaise Bourgeois as Director of Digital Media & Communications; Sean Pfleging as Account Executive

Blaise Bourgeois (Irondequoit, ’07) joins the Rhinos Organization this season to take over the newly-created Digital Media division. His previous business experience includes stints with the New York Yankees, Bleacher Report and NBC Sports.  He received his Master's in Sport Management from St. John's University and his Bachelor's in Mathematics & Computer Science from SUNY Purchase.


This past year, Blaise served as a Producer for NBC Sports' Premier League broadcasts and a Statistician for the Rio Olympic soccer broadcasts.  He also volunteered at Copa America Centenario.  Blaise also went to Europe and biked nearly 2,000 miles while attending Champions League, Europa League, and World Cup Qualifying matches this fall. He also represented St. John's University at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. 

Blaise played soccer collegiately at SUNY Purchase, garnering 1st-team All-Skyline Conference honors at forward. He also played semi-professionally with the Cape Coral Hurricanes and Mohawk Valley United of the NPSL.

Sean Pfleging (Pittsford Sutherland '10) joins the Rhinos Organization this season as the new Account Executive of Ticket Programs. He has experience in ticket sales from his time spent at the Major League Soccer National Sales Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has received a Bachelor's in Business Administration From SUNY Brockport.

The Rhinos will kick off the 2017 USL regular season on Saturday, April 1 against Bethlehem Steel FC at Goodman Stadium. The club’s home opener is on Saturday, April 22 when the defending USL Cup champion New York Red Bulls II visit Capelli Sport Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:05 p.m. ET.
